1. About BuyIASLeads

BuyIASLeads provides marketing-generated sales leads for licensed insurance and financial professionals, along with an optional $100/month customer relationship management (CRM) seat and related tools. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. What You Are Buying

Lead packages are sold in fixed quantities (100, 200, or 400 leads). Leads are delivered to your CRM as they are generated. Delivery of a full package may occur over a period of days as leads convert. Lead purchases are one-time. The optional CRM seat is billed at $100 per month — charged with your first order and automatically each month thereafter — and includes the CRM dashboard and included tools. You may cancel the CRM seat at any time.

3. Refund Policy

Because leads are a perishable, individually generated digital product, all lead purchases are final and non-refundable once an order is placed. If you believe you received leads that were not delivered or were materially defective, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith. You may cancel the $100/month CRM seat at any time to stop future monthly charges; fees already charged are non-refundable.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We provide contact information for prospects who have expressed interest. We do not and cannot guarantee that any lead will respond, qualify, purchase, or result in a sale or commission. Any statistics shown on this site are illustrative and not a promise of individual results.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including telemarketing, Do-Not-Call, and consumer-protection regulations, and for holding the licenses required to sell the products you offer.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide at checkout and on our intake form (such as your name, email, phone, business details, and payment information) solely to process your order, deliver leads, provide support, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the business (for example, our payment processor and email provider). You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
